Increasing of Effectiveness of Personal Management

The subject of thesis „Increasing the efficiency“ of personnel work is the analysis of the current state of personnel work Brno branch of Merz s.r.o. to increase the efficiency of personnel work. Increasing the efficiency of personnel work should be achieved to increase profits and improve the economic situation of Merz s.r.o. The theoretical part of this work focuses primarily on individual areas of personnel work, namely motivation, communication, evaluation and remuneration and training. Also there is space devoted to dealing with the hierarchical structure of society and its leadership. These findings, together with an analysis of the current situation are used to propose changes that will lead to increase the efficiency of personnel work, and the goal of improving the economic situation of the company.

Human resources management in a selected company

The diploma thesis is focused on human resources management in a selected company. The theoretical part deals with individual personnel activities from the perspective of Czech and foreign authors. The practical part contains the analysis of personnel activities in the selected company. The main part is an analysis of a questionnaire survey, which contains detailed information about the current situation in individual departments from the perspective of employees. In the final part of the thesis are improvement proposals and conclusion. The aim of thesis is to evaluate the current state of human resources management in the selected company and determine proposals for improvement.

This thesis entitled "Attitudes and views of nurses on practice education in a healthcare organization" deals with the issue of nurse education in practice. The aim of this thesis is to provide theoretical information not only in the area of following professional nurse education but also to provide insights and opinions on this area from nurses within the healthcare organization. The thesis is devided into two main parts. The introduction of the thesis begins with the topic of nursing and mentions the fundamental principles for nurse education. The first part is theoretical and discusses the issue of education in the context of healthcare organisations. Furthermore the importance of knowledge and professional status of a nurse is mentioned in this part along with her competencies. Subsequently, the education of staff in health care organisations is also mentioned in this section and considerable space is given to lifelong learning. The diploma thesis focuses on the employee education and development in selected Prague libraries. The aim of this diploma thesis is to identify the current state of further education of employees of selected libraries in Prague. Analyse approach of education and development of these workers in library facilities and their offers. Analyse how the offer of educational activities differs from the usual state and in times of crisis. Compare differences in the way employees are educated in selected libraries in Prague. Based on the findings of the survey, analyse the differences in the way employees are educated in selected libraries and suggest possible improvements and recommendations. The subject of the diploma thesis entitled Development of pedagogical staff in relation to trends in the management of secondary schools is the analysis of approaches in terms of national strategy, but also in terms of secondary schools themselves. The theoretical part presents the educational policy and educational system in the Czech Republic, the legislative concept and definition of education and a description of the control body, which is the Czech School Inspectorate. The work also contains a theoretical basis and theoretical background of the issues focused on the strategic management of human resources in general, but also in the concept of secondary education. The starting point of the research is the approach to strategic management of human resources in the field of education of teachers at secondary schools according to conceptual documents focusing on the quality of education and development of teachers in the Czech Republic and the use of funds offered by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. Competency model as a a tool for systematic training in the student organization

The aim of this thesis is to create a competency model for the jobs of new members of a student organization. The competency model is used to assemble a list of the types of educational activities that should be undertaken by the member in a half year frame after they start working on the new position in the organization. This goal is reflected by the structure of this thesis. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. In the first one, the reader is acquainted with the concepts of competence, employee education, competency model, and management through competencies. The knowledge of these terms and their meaning is crucial for the understanding of the domain of education management. The contents of the second chapter deal with the various methods of development and educational activities, the systematical education and its phases, and the creation of competency model in an organization. The knowledge that is presented in the theoretical part comes originally from the corporate environment.
